CORN CHOWDER

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sweet corn
  • 1/2 potato dices
  • 1/4 cup red bell peppers
  • 2 tbsp green chili peppers
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup Bechamel sauce
  • 2 tbsp instant milk
  • 1 tsp chicken bouillon
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp dreid oregano
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp thrive limeade
  • 1/2 tsp salt

DIRECTIONS

Layer the ingredients in a quart-size jar. Pour the contents into a large pot, along with 4 1/2 to 5 cups of water, and stir well. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.

Serve with sour cream and tortilla chips
