Ingredients
- 1 cup sweet corn
- 1/2 potato dices
- 1/4 cup red bell peppers
- 2 tbsp green chili peppers
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup Bechamel sauce
- 2 tbsp instant milk
- 1 tsp chicken bouillon
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp dreid oregano
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp thrive limeade
- 1/2 tsp salt
DIRECTIONS
Layer the ingredients in a quart-size jar. Pour the contents into a large pot, along with 4 1/2 to 5 cups of water, and stir well. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
Serve with sour cream and tortilla chips
